Life can be so serious. Even when there’s bubble blowing involved.

Seriously, isn’t she too young to be so serious?

After putting it off for way too long, I’ve decided to start a one a day photo gallery! You’ll notice that my super savvy husband Brent was kind enough to add a link to this in the navigation up top. If you go to the gallery itself you can see the descriptions of the photos, give it a thumbs up if you feel so inclined!
Having lived with myself for the past twenty some odd years (yes I’m old enough that I don’t feel like blogging my age to the world), I know myself well enough to know that if I don’t set a goal like taking one photo a day and telling everyone that I’m going to do it, then I will find a billion and one reasons why I don’t have time. I also know that I get down on myself if I don’t feel like I’m accomplishing things. In order to remedy both issues, I’ve decided to set achievable goals.
So here it goes. My One A Day. My goal for this is similar to my goal for the year, and….well… life in general: To be better tomorrow then I am today. Be it a better person, be in better health, be a better photographer, mother, wife, sister, daughter, employee, co-worker, etc. etc. etc. – in no particular order! So I hope you’ll join me in my journey and see what transpires. Check in when you can!

I’ve been meaning to blog about Dave and Jane for some time now. Dave, Jane and I worked together at the Biomedical Library and were carpool buddies at one time. He and Jane make up The Black Heartthrobs, visit their website and check them out! We got together one afternoon and I got to listen to them play and take some photos. I thought I’d just put together a little collage of my favorites.
